SMS Terms & Conditions

Sending a SMS registration will constitute the acceptance of the agreement by the end-user to receive and reply messages, information, and promotional services from Pet Lovers Centre Pte Ltd at the company's sole discretion.

PLC Points Reward account will only be created upon successful activation of PLC card. The PLC membership will last for 1 year from the date of activation of the PLC card. The PLC Loyalty points collected will be brought forward on the next PLC card registration before the expiry date. PLC Loyalty point will expiry on the expiry date of the membership.

ONE loyalty point will be deducted from each SMS sent by membership card holder to Pet Lovers Centre’s internal server. Allow up to 5 working days for all accumulated loyalty points to be credited into member/s membership account after each purchase.

Pet Lovers Centre Pte Ltd will endeavour to ensure that the information on the SMS/email is accurate at all times, but will not be liable for any damages to any end-user who relies on such information to his/her detriment. Should the information be found inaccurate, Pet Lovers Centre Pte Ltd will endeavour to correct the information in the appropriate manner, and will not be liable for any damages to the end user relied to his/her detriment.

The information on the SMS should never be construed by the end-user as absolute, complete, or final, since the information is not real-time updated. End-users are advised and obligated to call Pet Lovers Centre Hotline to verify and double check such information if they are deemed by the end user as mission-critical.

End-users are obligated to ensure that their personal particulars provided to Pet Lovers Centre Pte Ltd are accurate at all times by calling the Pet Lover Hotline to check and update these information. Pet Lovers Centre Pte Ltd will not be liable for any damages arising from wrong personal information provided by the end-user through digital registration to the Pet Lovers Centre Loyalty Program systems.

Pet Lovers Centre Pte Ltd will not be liable for any damages caused by the actions of negligent third parties and any faults (breakdown and congestion) due to the mobile networks. These are all factors beyond the control of Pet Lovers Centre Pte Ltd.

Pet Lovers Centre Pte Ltd will not be held liable for any damages arising from any service disruption due to any technical maintenance (planned or unplanned) and breakdown of hardware which results in any loss of data.

Pet Lovers Centre Pte Ltd will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your Pet Lovers Centre Privilege Club card or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Pet Lovers Centre Pte Ltd or another party due to someone else using your account or password. The Service subscription is not transferable, such that you may not authorize other persons to use your account.

Pet Lovers Centre Pte Ltd reserves the right to perform periodic audits on any existing account, and will do the necessary adjustment to the loyalty point/s for any incorrect point calculation to the purchase or hold/suspend/terminate the account for any fraud suspicion.
