- 5% discount on regular-priced items with purchases S$15.00
and above.
- Applicable for grooming, 1800-PETFOOD Home Delivery services.
- 15% member’s birthday month discount on regular-priced
items with purchases S$35.00 and above.
- Member’s birthday month discount is not applicable
for 1800-PETFOOD Home Delivery.
Privilege Club Card activation
- Remove the scratch foil on the back of the privilege club
card.
- SMS the revealed password to mobile number printed on
card - 9117 9609.
- A confirmation SMS will be sent back to you.
- Registration of Pet Lovers Privilege Club Card signifies
the authorization by member to allow SMS broadcast to be
sent to member’s mobile phone.
How do I qualify for this membership?
- FREE Privilege Club Card given for one-time purchase of
S$100.00 or accumulated purchase of equivalent within 4
weeks from the earliest
- For purchases less than S$100.00, an application fee of
S$5.00 is charged for the first year of membership.
- S$2.00 is applicable for subsequent yearly membership
renewal.
- S$2.00 is applicable for existing PLC members to upgrade
to PLC Privilege Club Card.
Terms & conditions of Privilege
Club Card
- One loyalty point will be deducted from each SMS sent by
membership card holder to Pet Lovers Centre's internal server.
- Membership is valid for one calendar year from date of
activation
- Membership card must be presented and scanned during
purchase.
- Not valid for promotional items. Privilege Club Card
is not transferable.
- The management reserves the right to amend or withdraw
any discount privileges as well as membership terms &
conditions with prior notice.

Lost, damaged and stolen Privilege
Club Card
- Report immediately to any of our retail outlets or contact
our Customer Service Officer @ 1800-PETFOOD (1800-738-3663).
- A replacement fee of S$2.00 will be chargeable for all
lost cards.
