How long does my loyalty
points last?
Loyalty points will last for as long as the membership remains
valid. An SMS reminder will be sent at 11 months. Loyalty
points will be automatically erased from member’s account
once it’s crosses the expiry date.
I do not want
to receive any SMS from Pet Lovers Centre.

To start receiving SMS again, type: PLC*GO
Will my points
in the expired card be transferred to the new card?
Yes, the previous membership and latest membership data will
be merged automatically as long as registration is done using
the SAME mobile number.
How do I check
my points?
Through website,
Members can check their points at our homepage, www.petloverscentre.com.
Through SMS,
Type BALANCE and SMS this to the same number printed on card.
ONE loyalty point will be deducted for each SMS sent to server
by member.
How do I go
about redeeming the items?
You can call our customer service officer at 1800-CARE4U2
(1800-2273482) or our 24-hour Online Redemption.
How long does
it take to process my redemption vouchers?
It will take 14 working days to process member’s redemption
vouchers.
What if I do
not renew my existing membership card?
Loyalty points will last for as long as the membership remains
valid. An SMS reminder will be sent at 11 months. Loyalty
Points will be automatically erased from member’s account
once it’s crosses the expiry date.
I have lost
my card.
No worries. Report immediately to any of our retail outlets
or contact our Customer Service Officer @ 1800-CARE4U2 (1800-2273482).
A replacement fee of S$2.00 will be chargeable for all lost
cards.
What is the
discount that I am entitled to during my birthday month?
Members are entitled to 15% discount for purchases S$35.00
and above. The purchases are unlimited during the member’s
birthday month.
Birthday month discount is not applicable
for 1800-CARE4U2 Home Delivery.
My Privilege
Club Card is expiring soon. Any renewal fee required.
Yes, subsequent yearly renewal is at S$2.00. An SMS reminder
will be sent one month before expiry date.
